It covers an area of nearly 49000 square meters, with a total construction area of about 80000 square meters. The Old Bund integrates the beauty of eastern and western architectural culture, and focuses on creating a featured area integrating shopping, food, entertainment, tourism and living with the emerging concept of BlockS business district, shaping the fashion landmark of Ningbo city. As the 'living fossil' of the Maritime Silk Road, the Old Bund, the anchorage of Ningbo Port, is now striving to create a model 'Ningbo Practice' of 'an important window' by combining history with the future.

       On the eight buildings along the street of the Old Bund, the louver screens developed and produced by Minghao Technology are installed. The screen body has customized the size and color according to the building conditions, so that the screen can be integrated with the building in the daytime. When the screen is lit at night, the magic space of the Old Bund will be lit. The screen integrates the multimedia display control system, which endows the building with flexible vitality, brings fantastic experience, and attracts countless eyes.
